The Marlo 'MATD' Series is designed for commercial and industrial boiler-feed applications demanding a continuous dealkalized water supply. All systems are twin-alternating configurations with one tank in regeneration or stand-by at all times. Individual tank capacity ranges from 5,000 grain to 150,000 grain with continuous flow rates of 1-45 GPM. Water softener pre-treatment is required.

The Marlo 'MDAS' Series is designed for larger industrial boiler-feed applications. Individual tank capacity ranges from 50,000 grain to 980,000 grain with continuous flow rates of 10-300 GPM. Tank diameters from 20" to 72" and service pipe connections from 1.25" NPT to 3" NPT are available. Multi-tank parallel, twin alternating, and triple alternating systems are available with a wide variety of timer and water meter controllers.

The Marlo 'MCP' Series condensate polisher system offers a sound solution for removing impurities such as iron, copper, and hardness from returned steam condensate resulting in improved boiler feedwater quality and lower operating costs. Individual tank capacity ranges from 150,000 grain to 2,700,000 grain with continuous flow rates of up to 565-GPM. Tank diameters from 20" to 72" and service pipe connections from 2" to 6" are available.

The Marlo ‘MMB’ Series Mixed-Bed Deionizer (MBDI) systems are designed for industrial, ultra-pure water applications where only trace amount of dissolved solids are allowed. The cation and anion exchange processes take place in a single vessel where extremely high water purity is achievable (up to 18.3 Meg-Ohm resistivity). On-site chemical regeneration of the resin also occurs within the vessels after an automatic separation step.
