Marlo Incorporated, a leading designer and manufacturer of high quality water treatment equipment and systems, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Sales Department in our Commercial & Industrial Product Line. We are located in Racine, Wisconsin and in close proximity to the Milwaukee metro area and the northern Chicago suburbs.
The duties of the Inside Sales Engineer will include assessment of customer needs, product design/selection, cost estimation, proposal presentation, sales closing, and order management for our product line of water filters, water softeners, reverse osmosis, and deionization systems. Success in this position is measured by achieving sales goals through existing account management and new business development efforts.
Familiarity with common industry components from such manufacturers as Fleck, Pentair, Clack, GE-Osmonics, Autotrol, Aquamatic, Allen-Bradley PLC's, and Signet is desired. Experience with handling a variety of sales distribution channels such as manufacturer representatives, distributors, private label OEM arrangements, mechanical contractors, and end-users is highly preferred.
Degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field with at least 5 years of technical sales experience in the water treatment equipment industry is desired. Occasional overnight U.S. based travel will be required for sales calls, presentations, and trade shows.
