Duplex Water Softener Skid for the ingredient water at a major pet food production facility. Key features include 66” diameter, epoxy-lined carbon steel pressure vessels, pneumatic-actuated butterfly control valves, welded 304 stainless steel pipework, and PLC/HMI control panel. Alternating flow operation with 1-online tank and 1-standby tank for continuous soft water supply. Bulk brinemaker silo and brine pump system supplied but not shown. Fully skid mounted, pre-piped, pre-wired and factory tested.
