MARLO Automatic Backwashable, Duplex Iron Removal Filter Skid for a Vegetable Oil Production Facility. Key features include Greensand Plus filter media, include 54” diameter rubber-lined, ASME Code Stamped carbon steel pressure vessels, electric-actuated butterfly control valves, Sch 80 PVC pipework with 4” flanged service headers, Endress-Hauser instrumentation for Flow, Pressure, and ORP, and Allen-Bradley CompactLogix PLC/HMI control panel. The filter system uses RO water reject as the separate-source backwash supply. Fully skid mounted, pre-piped, pre-wired and factory tested.
