Duplex Water Softener System

MARLO Duplex Water Softener System for the Boiler Feedwater at a Fertilizer production plant.  Key features include 48” diameter, FRP pressure vessels, AQ-MATIC thermoplastic diaphragm control valves, Sch 80 PVC pipework, Stainless Steel Skid/Frame assembly, and a Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI control system.  Alternating tank flow configuration for continuous soft water supply.  Equipped with a Salt Recycle System (SRS) to recover a portion of the liquid brine from the regeneration cycle using an on-board pump for return to the bulk brinemaker silo.
