Duplex Water Softener System
MARLO Duplex Water Softener System for the Central Utility Plant (CUP) at a Full-Service, Community Hospital Campus. Key features include 42” diameter, FRP pressure vessels, electric-actuated butterfly control valves, Sch 80 PVC pipework, Carbon Steel Skid/Frame assembly, Hach Hardness Monitor, and an Allen-Bradley CompactLogix PLC/HMI control system. Progressive flow configuration with 1-2 tanks online depending on actual water demand. System is designed to accommodate a future expansion with 3rd and 4th Softener Vessels. Fully skid mounted, pre-piped, pre-wired and factory tested. Bulk brinemaker silo and brine pump skid provided but not shown.
