Industrial- Grade Triplex Water Softener Skid
MARLO Industrial- Grade, Triplex Water Softener Skid for the Central Utility Plant (CUP) at a Beef Processing Facility. Key features include 120” diameter epoxy-lined, ASME Code Stamped carbon steel pressure vessels, pneumatic-actuated butterfly control valves, welded 304 stainless steel pipework with 10” flanged service headers. All piping is designed per the ASME B31.3 code. Local HMI and I/O control panels provided with the primary PLC processor located in a remote location. Progressive flow configuration with 1-3 tanks online depending on actual water demand. Fully skid mounted, pre-piped, pre-wired and factory tested. The skid can be separated into (3) sections to better facilitate shipping and installation. Designed for an outdoor installation.
