Purified Water System
MARLO Skid-Mounted, Purified Water System for the process water for a manufacturer of electrical components. Key features include a 15-GPM Reverse Osmosis (RO) machine with backwashable activated carbon filter and duplex alternating water softener as pre-treatment. Distribution and Post-Treatment equipment include Duplex re-pressurization pumps with integral VFD’s, Primary-Polisher mixed-bed portable exchange deionization tanks (PEDI), ultraviolet sterilizer (UV) unit, final sub-micron filter housing, central PLC/HMI panel, and pump motor control panel. A 1000-Gallon DI Water Storage Tank is provided but not shown.
