Quadraplex Water Softener System
MARLO Quadraplex Water Softener System for an Electric-Vehicle (EV) Battery Production Plant. Key features include 63” Diameter, FRP ASME Code pressure vessels, AQ-MATIC diaphragm control valves, Sch 80 PVC pipework, Carbon Steel Skid/Frame assembly, and an Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI control system. Progressive flow configuration with 1-4 tanks online depending on actual water demand. Fully skid mounted, pre-piped, pre-wired and factory tested. The skid can be separated into (2) sections to better facilitate shipping and installation. Bulk brinemaker silo and brine pump skid provided but not shown.
