Quadraplex Water Transfer Pump Skid

MARLO 2100-GPM Quadraplex Water Transfer Pump Skid. It is to serve the feedwater pressure boosting prior to a Marlo water treatment system (Softener + RO) at a major beef processing facility. Each pump is designed to deliver 700-GPM at 75 psig discharge pressure. Normal operation is three (3) pumps online and a 4^th pump serving as a common piped/wired spare. The pumps are Grundfos ‘CRN’ vertical, multi-stage centrifugal type with a 316 stainless steel body and fitted with 50HP TEFC premium efficient motors. The Motor Control Center (MCC) includes the main power inlet panel, remote I/O controller, individual motor disconnect switches, and variable frequency drives (VFD). Interconnecting piping is Sch 10 welded 316 stainless steel with 10" inlet suction and discharge headers.
